Sheila Haji, President and Founder of Common Ground
Consulting Services Inc. has over twenty-five years of experience as an
organizational leader, consultant, trainer, and coach. Her expertise in
the areas of leadership development, change management, team building and
multiculturalism has helped Sheila's clients create innovative strategies and
solutions for maximizing their impact and performance.
Prior to founding Common Ground Consulting Services Inc., Sheila spent
sixteen years in management at Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic), where she
leveraged her technical and "soft skills" to manage and lead
functional areas that included Customer Service, Enhanced 911 Data Base
implementation, Executive Education and Organization Development .
In addition to her work with Common Ground Consulting Services Inc.,
Sheila has taught courses on leadership, teams, and group dynamics at Johns
Hopkins University and also served as adjunct faculty for Georgetown
University's Organization Development and Coaching Certificate Programs.
She is a contributing author to the publication, On Becoming a Leadership Coach, A Holistic Approach to Coaching Excellence and is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and Florida Speakers Association. Sheila received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of
Virginia; her M.S. in Telecommunications Policy from George Washington
University; and her M.S. in Human Resources and Organization Development from
American University.

Carole Lyles Shaw specializes in strategic planning, change
management, leadership and organizational development. Prior to launching
her consulting firm, Columbia Resource Group, Carole served as a human resource
executive for Citicorp and other private sector
firms.
Carole also held the position of Program Director for Masters and
graduate certificate programs in leadership, organizational development and
human resources at the Johns Hopkins University of Continuing Studies (now
the School of Business). Her current adjunct faculty position with
American University/NTL Masters in Organization Development Programs enhances
her reputation as a seasoned, knowledgeable resource.
Carole holds an MBA from Columbia University; a B.A. degree from Morgan State
University, and has pursued advanced graduate study in Organizational Behavior
at George Washington University.

Ronnie Glotzbach has 25 years of experience in the training and development profession and a master's degree in human resource development. Ronnie has progressive experience in design, development, delivery, and evaluation of adult training programs. She has created and delivered more than 50 interactive learning seminars on topics ranging from interviewing to performance management. Government supervisory and management training has been Ronnie's primary focus for the past 12 years, specifically with municipalities, counties, transportation authorities, universities, and school systems in southeast Florida. Ronnie is Managing Director of Edtrek and Founder of Bach Training and Development.

Kimberly Devlin was one of the first to attain the CPLP™ credential from ASTD and is a past recipient of Avaya’s eLearning Excellence award. With a master’s degree in journalism and a bachelor’s degree in English, she has developed a strong reputation for professionalism, high-quality work, and exceptional communication skills. During the past six years, Kimberly has designed, developed, and delivered behavioral skills and technical training for public organizations and Fortune 500 firms in south Florida and throughout South America. Her audience’s have ranged from frontline staff and sales teams to management and executive teams. Kimberly’s state-of-the-industry credentials and diverse experience position her as a leading-edge industry professional.
She earned a master's degree in journalism and a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Miami and also studied speech communication. She has more than 13 years industry experience and is Managing Director of Edtrek.

Indra Lahiri, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist, industrial
anthropologist, and founder of Global Inclusion Strategies. Indra is
widely respected by her clients for her expertise in the areas of leadership and
cultural diversity. She is the author of Diversity NOW:
Making Money by Making Sense, and Brown Eyes, Blue Eyes: Linking
Perceptions and Performance.
Her professional experiences include her former role as Vice-President of
Corporate Diversity for PNC Bank, where she directed strategic planning and
implementation of comprehensive culture change efforts in the areas of Diversity
and Inclusion, EEO/AA, Work/Life Balance, and Mentoring.
Indra is an adjunct faculty member at Penn State University and at Cornell
University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has been a
featured speaker on Focus on Women television talk show, KPMR News Radio,
the Conference Board's 2001 Diversity Conference, and the 2000 Northwest
Diversity Learning Series.
Indra holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology, and is currently a
candidate for a second doctorate in anthropology at the University of
Pennsylvania. She earned her Masters in Education from the
University of Pennsylvania and holds graduate certificates in Human Resource
Management from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations
and Women's Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her
B.S. degree in Developmental Psychology and English literature from Catholic
University of America.

Bill Pullen is a Master Certified Coach who specializes in developing the core competencies of current and emerging organizational
leaders. The founder of Pullen & Associates, Bill leverages his prior
leadership experiences as the former Director of National Managed Care
Sales for Theraphysics and his management position at Rehabilitation
Services for Mid-Atlantic Medical Services Inc., to help clients identify
behaviors that promote or detract from sustainable organizational change and
leader effectiveness.
Bill is active with the International Coaches Federation, assessing
candidates for certification. He has served on the faculty of The
Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California and is past president of
the Metro DC Chapter of the International Coaches Federation.
Bill has been featured on NBC News and is a frequent contributor to Best Life
magazine.
Bill has a Masters in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins
University and holds a B.S. degree from Thomas Jefferson University. He is
a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a
graduate of The Coaches Institute. Bill has received additional training
in organizational and systems relationship coaching and multicultural
leadership. He also completed the Co-Active Space Leadership
Program. Bill is certified to administer and provide feedback on The
Leadership Circle, Benchmarks, 360 By Design, Executive Dimensions, and
Prospector.
